Welcome to DealMate! These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your use of the DealMate website (the “Site”) and the services offered by DealMate (the “Services”). Please read these terms carefully before using the Site or the Services. By using the Site or the Services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Description of Services:
DealMate is an e-commerce website that allows users to buy and sell products, including but not limited to, fashion, beauty, home and garden, electronics, and more. DealMate provides a platform for buyers and sellers to connect and facilitate transactions. DealMate is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of any products listed on the Site.

User Accounts:
In order to access certain features of the Site or use the Services, you must create an account with DealMate. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify DealMate immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security.

Listing and Selling Products:
As a seller on DealMate, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the products you list and sell on the Site, including but not limited to, the accuracy of the product description, pricing, and shipping information. You agree to fulfill all orders promptly and to the buyer’s satisfaction. DealMate may remove or suspend any listing that violates these terms and conditions.

Buying Products:
As a buyer on DealMate, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the purchases you make on the Site, including but not limited to, reviewing the product description, pricing, and shipping information. You agree to pay for all purchases promptly and to contact the seller or DealMate if there are any issues with the product.

Payment:
DealMate uses third-party payment processors to facilitate transactions. DealMate is not responsible for any errors, fees, or other issues related to these payment processors. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Site and the Services.

Intellectual Property:
DealMate owns all intellectual property rights related to the Site and the Services, including but not limited to, trademarks, logos, and copyrights. You may not use any of DealMate’s intellectual property without prior written consent.

Privacy Policy:
DealMate respects your privacy and has a Privacy Policy that explains how we collect, use, and disclose information. By using the Site or the Services, you agree to be bound by the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties:
DealMate provides the Site and the Services “as is” and without warranty of any kind. DealMate makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability:
DealMate is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the Services, even if DealMate has been advised of the possibility of such damages. DealMate’s total liability in connection with the Site or the Services is limited to the fees paid by you for the use of the Services.

Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DealMate, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, expenses, or liabilities arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the Services.

Legal Terms of Service

Service:
Dealmate reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet any of the objectives we base on when qualifying an account. We are also not responsible for the loss of information, such as photos, videos, audio, profiles, ads, or any other information submitted to Dealmate. Basic accounts are completely free, but if you want to develop the site's full potential, you can also purchase additional and improved services. We ask our members not to create fake accounts or accounts intended to steal information or money (for scams). Doing so costs us time to identify these accounts and possibly money for our customers. We strive to offer a service where users can socialize, buy, sell, or make money with products and things they create, resell or don't need. We also do not want you to create obscene avatars, these create a bad environment and make other members feel bad. Removing these photos sometimes costs us a lot of time as we identify them. Please use the report system in case that you identify one account with obscene or ilegal content. Also, do not send more than necessary messages to other users or the staff of this service, this can be classified as spam and is obnoxious. Failure to do any or all of these things may result in your account being deleted without prior notice. You can appeal by contacting the staff, but usually for any of these reasons it is useless. If it is proven that the action was done with malicious purposes to create harm to the service or another member, you may be held accountable before the authorities using the information we collect from you.

Notice for tech-savvy users:
Please do not use web beacons or tracking software to navigate to the next or previous page. Do not use bots to write or register for our service. Do not use image hotlinking. Do not abuse our email system or send spam. Do not hack user accounts or our service. Do not upload Trojans or viruses to our service. This is annoying and difficult for us to identify. It causes harm to us and our members. We want our service to grow healthy and be useful to our members. Do not create accounts, delete them, and recreate them with the same credentials multiple times that what can be logically possible, nor duplicate or create multiple accounts per user. This costs us valuable ad space and compromise our online experience by abusing our hosting resources. Do not try to upload harmful files no, no, no. nor any other type of file to the root of our server without prior permission, do not inject our database, do not create pages similar to ours for the purpose of stealing information or create identical or different companies with the name of our company in order to harm us, do not use web spiders or website rating systems that reveal information about our server, domain, website, dns, locations ect ..., disregard for any or all of these things may result in our service taking legal action or suing you since it creates conflicts and direct damages we will use the information we collect on our service, online or by some other means to take action. thank you for not wanting to harm us and wanting a healthy environment for our page we know that your intention is to socialize and negotiate with articles, this information is for the purpose of reporting in case of contempt.

Ads:
Deal Mate is not responsible for false or obscene ads please use the reporting system to help us delete or take action. We do reserve the right not to delete ads we find in violation, because this takes time to recognize, so we are not responsible for deleting these ads. use the reporting system, It is up to you to use common sense and try to identify ads that seem too good or strange. For delivery and pickup of items, try to meet the other person in safe and/or public places. We are not responsible for damages due to an encounter made through our service. Do not purchase items that require postal delivery. Our marketplace service is not yet fully functional. We will try to announce this publicly to avoid conflicts, since we cannot be held responsible for damages that occur due to incorrect or non-delivery, scams, etc. We desire a clean, healthy, social, and business environment, not subject to legal claims. We are not in a position to accept this. We ask that you use the reporting system to report false and obscene ads. This greatly simplifies our work and helps us take better action.

Registration:
Our registration age is 13 or older, but we require that users be at least 18 years of age for deliveries and pickups. We do not want any user to be harmed under any circumstances, especially minors. We will delete all accounts we identify as belonging to minors, but this is no guarantee. We are not responsible. Do not allow your minors to register, and use the reporting system to help us keep our minors safe.
